Prayer Requests

Thank you for praying for CLA and our partners.  Each of us rely upon the Lord’s leading and provision. 

“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making by prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel…” (Phil 1: 3&4)

For Moyale:

• Thanksgiving to God for calling, preparing, and sustaining the members of the team;
• For the 281 new believers in Christ, that they may grow in spiritual maturity;
• For the local Bori churches and their pastors as they disciple these new believers;
• For the many local Christians who participated in the evangelistic campaign; and,
• For Professor Mutuku and the NEGST Missions faculty dissect the trip to determine what lessons learned can be adopted for other mission efforts to Muslims.

For CLA:

• As we search for a successor for our friend and leader Jim Rogers who has stepped down from leadership in CLA but with his wife Sally, continues to be engaged with Calvary School;
• For financial partners who have a passion for developing Christian leaders in Africa and around the world.

For AIU:

• That the new and continuing students enrolled for the August term would return for classes;
• For the African and missionary NEGST faculty that they would both teach with excellence and develop Christian disciples;
• For financial resources as no school in the US, the UK, Europe, or Africa can survive on tuition and fees alone.

For Calvary School:

• That students would be able to continue for each year of eligibility;
• That students would come to know Jesus as their Savior;
• That leaders and teachers “would not grow weary doing good”;
• For food and other supplies, there is no governmental support for these;
• For adequate funds to pay teachers.
